On the 6th January 2009 i returned to Sit up tv a faulty camera- as advised i sent it by P.O. Special Delivery - after waiting a month i had not been re-imbersed for the faulty item, I therefore rang the customer services who asked for the "session number" from the receipt issued by the P.O.- because i did not have it to hand i could not give it- i was asked to find it and ring back.
