Luring customers by offering 'free samples', this Company will charge the full amount against an unsuspecting persons credit card, if the samples are not being returned within two weeks. They are stipulating this in very fine print under their General Terms and Conditions, knowing full well that people will not read these terms in case of a free sample offer.
