I clicked on an offer for "Free Emoticons" some weeks ago. I followed the steps, carefully reading along the way, and found to my annoyance that I had unintentionally signed up for Incredimail. (Years ago I had emoticons without changing email services.) All of my verizon mail was moved over to an Incredimail account. I can assure you that I did not authorize moving old mail, even unintentionally. I contacted their customer service and was told twice that they could not move the mail back to my real account.
