Hi, I am really very disappointed with service of Kingfisher airlines. On 17th October, I received the call from Kingfisher airline customer care (Pune office) that my flight (Jaipur to Bangalore – IT 107, Reservation Code; NGFRLA, Date of travel: 20th October 2009) has been cancelled and asked me to either get the refund or book the flight for 22nd October and that phone rep is also not courteous and not even giving me the time to think.
