I have just been to put diesel in my car and when I paid for it and returned to the car, it didn't register any fuel. I asked the person behind the counter to check the pump for me but he refused and said he would give me a receipt, which he did. He then said that as I had a receipt it meant the fuel had been purchased. I asked to speak to a manager but he refused and then got quite personal by saying that he had better things to do and nicer people to look at than me.
