I ordered a game - Mah Jong Quest - from the Shockwave website. The website did NOT indicate that the game would download as a Windows application. Since I was downloading it to a Mac, it was was incompatible. Within a few minutes of downloading, I notified Shockwave and told them to cancel my order. Their website indicates we have 30 days to cancel. I checked my bank and they had already deducted the $14.00 from my account. A few days later I received the game CD I ordered and it also is a Windows .exe app and will not work on my machine... read full review »
