I have to say, Dell customer support in the UK has generally been good, until support takes place oversea's, such as during evening and weekends. I recently had 24/7 4hr mission critical support for a Dell switch, which died during the weekend. When I came through to support, I was put through to Dell Technical reception to a lady probably from India, who asked me to call back during normal working hours, and then put the phone back.
