I purchased a pressure washer made by Tornado Tools from them. Either a part was missing or the product had a defect. The directions were unintelligible and incomplete. Nowhere on the product or in the manual was ther a manufacturer contact. So, I called Heartland to get one. They couldn't tell me fast enough my one-month refund window had passed.
