We filed for Chapter 13 last Sept. 30, 2009. They asked for $2000 upfront saying our case needed to be rushed because our property will foreclose by Oct. 20, 2009. We have been trying to contact them by phone and email but they are not responding. We have been told by a realtor that our house has been sold. What happened to the $2000 we paid them? Is there a place where we can complain about this? read full review »
