This is the e-mail I received today from PayPal: "After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer Complaint described below. We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed." If I had used my credit card, my purchase would have been guaranteed. I ordered lens cap covers and paid through PayPal. The order never arrived. I emailed idigitech at [email protected] and found their email address to be not valid. I placed a complaint through PayPal and PayPal decided in my favor, however, they were unable to recover any funds from the seller's account. PayPal did not reimburse me because they said it was stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed. What is the point of using PayPal?
