I purchased Registry Mechanic Online on 6 October 2009 because I was offered a 10% discount by PCTools. The discount was, however, not given when I went to the checkout and my credit card was debited with the full amount. No response was given to my several queries. When I ran the product, it brought my PC to a virtual standstill. MSWord for example took two and a half minutes to load after using Registry Mechanic. My four requests for support have been ignored. I now wish to avail myself of their 30 day money back guarantee, but have no way of contacting them because I am locked out of their community forum and they continue to ignore me. read full review »
