This is to inform you that the CRBT Subscription activated in my mobile no. 9827641501 (Reliance GSM) on 25/10/2009 at 15:12:07 without my permission/activation and deduction Rs.30/- from my balance amount. I am deactivate this facility within five minute on that day. Please note my compalined and do needful for reimburse my amount at an early date, failing which I will be registered my compalined against Relienace Communication in Consumer Forum.
