Hi, I have bought my Whirlpool 'ice magic' 460L double door refrigerator in March 2005. The customer service is really sloppy. On Saturday Oct 24th we noticed that the refrigerator has stopped cooling spoiling our milk. We lodged a complaint via 60004558. The complaint number is 14545. the problem was supposed to fixed in 3 hours but nobody shows until after 48 hours. We are given few numbers to contact in the mean time which are all fruitless.
