Early this year, my wife and I cancelled DirecTV. Several months later, we suddenly received a $370.17 bill for service and equipment we no longer use! We had switched to Verizon FIOS, but were still getting billed! Their customer service is horrible. They wouldn't even respond to our complaint, and instead, just moved us on to their Collections company. We were loyal customers who paid our bills on time. We didn't deserve their treatment. read full review »
