Our Mortgage was sold to this company in 2006 and both my husband and I switched jobs. I requested a loan modification packet two months before we were going to see the change in our income. This company continued sending out the financial packet every two weeks for six (6) months. I have made a complaint with the Attorney General and to the BBB.
