Received DVD (Picket Fence Series) Tapes are obvisouly copied from a normal TV show. The quality of the DVD's Disk 1 started out snowy and after a few minutes stop playing. 2nd Disk won't play at all. No phone number other than email to contact; this is a poor way of doing business. I am not happy with the quality of this product at all. I feel the website is extremely misleading and false. The website stated new and what I received is far from being a new product. Do not order from this company. Any suggestions on how to get this matter resolved. read full review »
