I received poor service and almost no real help outside of "fashion advice" from the obviously amaturish staff at Lenscrafters. After paying neraly $600 for 2 pair of glasses, I returned 5 times and still never got a proper adjustment. I went to my optometrist and got the glasses fitted properly and was told the frame selection was poor for my prescription. I will never go back and advise all others to beware. They are WAY overpriced, push products and obviously don't have a clue what they are doing. read full review »
