I have been insuring my vehicle with you for about 3 years. My bank did not pay you for a recent direct debit. This was simply due to the fact that the bank took 5 days to clear cheques which I had lodged into my account. They then charged me £25 for non payment of the direct debit, and now I see that you are now charging another £30 for the same payment. I must say I find this to be grossly unfair.
