Dear Sir, Received your mail with thanks. I am sorry to point out that I am deceived by your agent ( Bank of Punjab) at the time when I became policy holder. The agent told me that time that after three years we can surrender the policy and get 17% to 22% profit along with the premiums we have paid. The agent ( Bank of Punjab) told me that you will get 7% to 8% on FDR. By getting policy you will get more than FDR. You declare that in policy there is everything written about the surrender value.
