bought a eureka forbes ro filter "spring fresh" model 18 months ago. 2 times tap has broken and its taken average 5 days + 10 calls on average to replace. franchisee in gurgaon is UTTERLY USELESS AND RUDE. how can one accept such rubbish? company actually has no line/site to directly lodge a complaint. does one go to consumer courts? read full review »
