I took my car to Pep Boys for an oil change and tune up and oil valve replacement. Took it in on Thursday and by Saturday afternoon they finally finished it. Drove it home (1mile) and forgot about it. Now, Monday morning as I try to leave for work, my steering wheel won't turn enough to even get out of the parking space. And no, my emergency brake is not on. The squeaking when I turn the wheel is ear piercing. Steering wasn't broken before I took it to Pep Boys.
