Won another auction item at JTV.COM, got my confirmation number, got my congradulations you won an auction and was waiting for that 3ct. ruby. Well it did not come, I look on my account status and it was cancelled by JTV. This time their excuse was that the stone was to damaged to send out! really? They mail out damaged stuff all the time. What really got me was it took them 12 days to figure out this ruby was damaged. I ask them to send it, the item pictured was ok, not so damaged looking to me.
