I was supposed to get my computer in Aug, 2008. By Nov. it was apparent they were not going to send me anything. I filed a complaint with the Atty General in Maryland. They told me that nothing happens quickly with Blue Hippo so I had to be patient.Jan.2009 BH agreed to pay me...by March, 2009. No payment. I went to arbitration with the AG office...Sept. 2009 I won my case and BH finally paid me in full Oct.2009. Do not give up hope...keep the pressure on them.They need to be held accountable. read full review »
