Getmein.com allowed me to create an account with them and submit my bank details in order to list my tickets for U2 at Wembley. I did not setup a password with the account, neither did I have one emailed through to me. Contacting them was impossible and emailing support left me with a string of returned undeliverable emails. I could not administer the account to remove the tickets and by the time someone purchased them through the listing I had already sold them on - a few days before the concert.
