I cannot express enough how adamant I am that others pay attention and do not use Lend America to refinance. We closed 3 months ago and LendAmerica still has not payed off our original loan. We have been threatened with foreclosure from our origianl mortgage and are having to obtain a lawyer. Don't waste your precious time and money with a company that does not follow through. This company obviously makes a practice of not paying off the first mortgage. read full review »
