I purchased some diet pills on line and should only be charged for the shipping not the actual product. Having called I've been told that my order has been cancelled but they failed to e-mail to let me know about the 16 days in which to cancel the order. Day 16 fell on Saturday when they are closed and when I collected the order with contact information in order for me to cancel the product.
