After trying the "Dazzle Smile" toothpaste product, I learned that I had also been enrolled in World Club Fitness, which is nothing more than a web site with a few tips on how to be healthy. I tried calling their numbers to cancel: 888-407-3685 and 866-279-6513 The 888 number gives a message that I cannot call this number from my area.
