I purchased Dreamweaver from http://www.specialtechs.com. As others have also found out, the products at least come out of China, even though the website appears to be based in the USA. I loaded the software, put in the serial number, it went through just fine. Next time I went to use the software it stated that my serial number isn't valid. I called Adobe and they can do nothing unless it is a certified reseller of theirs. I am trying to get a refund but I don't currently have high hopes after reading other complaints here.
