My IFB/17PM-MEC1 is not heating since 18-Oct-09. I reported a complaint on 20-Oct-09 at the IFB Call Centre with the complaint no. 3645424. Mechanic turned up after 96 hours and did nothing. But without informing me, he closed the complaint. I had to raise a new complaint on 31-Oct-09 as 3693112 with a promise from call centre for a sure service by 48hours. But even after 5 days nobody turned up. Whenever called up call centre, they are showing branch, Branch is showing service centre and Service centre is not picking up the phone.
