Dear Officer I bought a cell phone LG-KP 320 from a store called mobile shop, Radioshake Hyperone, 6th of october state, Egypt. 2weeks later the soket of the charging place was damaged. I took the cell phone to the repaire center in Egypt 98, MuhI Din Abu El-Ezz St., Mohandissen. They answered this damaged part specfically is not under the warranty, eventhough the waranty is for one year.
