Well I got my refund!!! I'm so glad. I have been emailing everyone with a complaint to cancel there card and I still stand by that. But be persistant and call them everyday. I did return trial in time alotted and they took money out of my account but I called them everyday and this morning I checked my bank account and low and behold the refund was there. The # I used is 866-949-0138. I still think that they are deceiving people and should be stopped. So be persisitant and try kindness when talking to them on a daily basis. I have called several different #'s and all of them have my account information so if you order from one company name I assure all the other companies have your info to so this is why it is important to cancel your card and not try to put a block on your credit card because it does not work. I just hung up with 18669316791 and they still are waiting on refund department to email me a confirmation well i called 18669490138 on tuesday of last week and they to had my info and guaranteed me email confirmation within 72 hrs so its no tuesday 1... read full review »

CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARDS IMMEDIATLY YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY SHOULD HELP YOU WITH THIS. THEY WILL NOT STOP CHARGING YOU NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU. BLOCKLS DO NOT WORK THEY USE OTHERS NAMES. TRUST ME I AM GOING THROUGH THIS. MY BANK HAS ALREADY BEEN GOING THROUGH THIS WITH MANY PEOPLE AND THEY SAID THAT CANCELLING YOUR CARD IS THE ONLY GAURANTEE. I ASKE FOR REFUND AND WAS PROMISED ONE BUT I WILL NEVER SEE IT. PLEASE PASS THIS ON SO MAYBE WE CAN STOP THESE THIEVES. I ordered the "FREE TRIAL" and then realized that I had 14 days from the day I ordered it to return it or 87.13 would be charged to my account. Well I receved the product on the 8th day after I ordered so I called as soon as I received it to cancel and get the return info I needed and told them to cancel my account. I was told it was cancelled and that as long as they received it by the 21st I would not be charged.
