If you see charges for HEALTHCINS or UTILFRESHWELL on your credit card, these are FRAUD. You likely requested a free teeth cleaning (shipping and handling not included) device from one of these companies. Usually the charge for that is about $2. They then claim you failed to cancel your free trial so they will bill you every 30 days for about $80 and will resend their little cheap device. You will need to cancel your credit card and get a new one and have your bank go after them.
