I'm posting this for what it is worth and hoping someone will take it to the next stage. As a person caught out by Trading Planet Ltd I have spent time looking for them. A Google search for "TRADINGPLANTLTD.COM" brought up over a 1, 000 listings. On page three I found Trading Planet Ltd's "TERMS AN CONDITIONS".
