We purchased a sofa bed from Costco.com. It arrived after one month but was damaged. I immediately phoned them to have it returned and my money refunded. It took them 3 weeks to have it picked up and I had to contact them many times to achieve this simple return. It is now taking more than week to have the money credited back to my debit card even though I was told it would be expedited. read full review »
