Wachovia Bank
I had two echecks debited from my checking account in SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. The second one caused an overdraft fee. If those two unauthorized debits from my account had not been made I would have had sufficent funds to cover another debit which also caused another overdraft fee. They refused to reimburse my account because they claimed they sent me a letter THAT I NEVER RECIEVED telling me to close the account. read full review »

I have an unauthorized charge for $14.95 to my check card at Wachovia Bank. I did not authorize this charge. I believe this was done by illegally opting me in to a product or service I do not want. I contacted my bank but they said the charge is only a hold and not yet posted so they cant do anything yet. read full review »
