i received notification from my bank that a debit of £54.69+£1.25 was withdrawn from my account on 30/10/2009. the name on my statement was accesscleans, i have never heard of this company and certainly did not authorise this transaction as it has now put me in the red incurring more unwanted costs, please help. read full review »
