This company lied to me on setting up a loan for siding on my house. The compnay Percision Siding set up the loan and told me that the loan was a fixed one for 5 yrs at 9.99%. The loan will not go up unless the payment was 30 days pass due. There has never been a late payment pass 30 days. Two at 2-3 days late due to mail system. I have gone through all of the channels and my final results is sorry that I have to deal with the original company. This is BS, GE set up the account and now are lieing about the requirements.
