Cancelled product subscription via online system prior to 14 day trial expiration. Customer service billed me for product and sent 2nd shipment. Conveniently, they couldn't find any record of my cancellation. They refused to accept returned product and billed me $187.80 for both shipments. Only offered a $30.00 credit but would refuse any returned product despite their claims of satisfaction guaranteed. They also refused to provide chain of command to submit any written complaints to the company. This is a total scam. Had to contact my credit card company to refuse any additional charges. read full review »
