There is a problem with my account mentioned above. Two years ago when I was with AMC – my loan was at 202, 000 and I have made all of my payments up until the last three months due to being out of work. Now I have been trying to sell my property and I have someone who wants it for $260, 000 and the property value is just at that at this time. I want to know how my loan went from 202, 000 to 303, 000 without me refinancing it or modifying it any way?
