I cannot believe these guys! They have called me 3 times in 6 months for "fraud protection". What this means is that each time I use my Ebay/PayPal credit card, they hold or cancel the transaction and then call me to confirm the card isn't stolen. It has happened to me out of the country and in, and always hurts me. This last time (1 hour ago) I made a purchase of hotel reservations online at a great price...and instead of using my bank credit/debit card, I stupidly used their card.
