I DID A BALANCE TRANSFER A T A LOW RATE WITH CHAse and when it was over they hiked my rate up to 21.24% and they refuse to lower it even though i have excellent credit. they are the worst company ever and as soon as I pay off my balance I will never use them again. read full review »
