Hi, I have just been going through all your complaints in regards to this, I find it funny that you can only call these pr!cks and they are in the US! At least some sites offer online cancellations. It also seems that I have the same membership number as a few of you! Plus going through the accounts that this so call "company" has the same reply. All I can say contact me and get it sorted out.
