my wife and i went to check into our return flight with Jetstar in Sydney to come back home to melbourne yesturday 70minutes before departure as they request. We spent 20minutes waiting in the line and when we finally got served we were told that we were 10minutes too late, had to forfeit our tickets and purchase new tickets for a later flight. So we accepted the responsability of being 10minutes late(not wanting to spoil our great getaway to Syney for two days) and paid an extra $120 for new tickets to a new Jetstar flight leaving Sydney one... read full review »
