I ordered a renewal of my license for RegCure PC Optimizer on October 30, 2009 for a charge on my VISA credit card for the sum of $49.92. The program downloaded and I also downloaded program updates. The program does work and, instead, gives an error message. I filed a similar complaint last week but I have not yet received a reply from you.
