Ordered Sensi Perfume on 7th June 2009, £42 taken from my card that day. No goods received after 21 days, since that time I have emailed numerous times and been fobbed off with all sorts of c*ap ranging from telling me that the goods had been despatched, being provided with a tracking number (no company name to track it to!), blaming the postal strike (which started recently), to being told that the order had been cancelled.
