During the £1.99 7-day trial period for music downloads I decided not to continue with the service. I was unable to find a way of cancelling and my email was neither answered or acknowledged. A firther charge was made against my credit card of £37.80 without my authority. I have now placed the matter in the hands of my bank to recover the unauthorised charge. read full review »
