Vendor is apparently out of business. Claims phone# is a recording redirecting you to a different #. Then no answer or busy signal. Big time scam to avoid providing warrantee service with an optional policy. This company stalled me off a few months ago and tried to get me to contact the manufacturer of my GPS first.
