After searching the web for grant funding sources - I found - what I thought was a great website. I was supposed to receive a CD for $1.98 which would be deducted from my checking account. I was not informed that I would later be charged a $69.95 monthly fee for membership. I never received a CD and when I called them, they were very rude and told me that there was no way I could get my money back. I signed nothing.
