The same day that the computers went down, three of my automatic recurring online bill pays were cancelled. TD bank says that I went in and cancelled the payments. Our 2 car payments and student loans were never paid. I didn't catch it for about 3 weeks when I realized that the money never came out. Luckily, I caught them all before they were truly considered deliquent. However, we did have to pay fees to pay the bills over the phone.
