Tried to buy BANKER's CHEQUE for Maxis IPO applications (under Maxis existing customer allocation - using BLUE form). Been to 4 Maybank branches in PJ (Jln 222, Sea Park, Yong Shook Lin & PJ Main). All replied that the forms to purchase banker's cheque for IPO ran out stock! Claimed that for share IPO application, using a 'special' form, is out of stock. So friend, pls get the message here.
